Excellent service!

Davy was great! Friendly, Fast and knowledgeable. He found an issue in our attic machine that could have burned our house down if it hadn't been addressed and fixed. We can sleep much better at night. And he'll be coming back to upgrade our system to eliminate other issues we have. Great job Davy!!!

I was very impressed when I needed advice and estimate on a new system and I talked to Paula Copeland and she was such a great help. She was very nice and did a amazing job on helping me out. I will definitely be calling back to speak with her if I ever need anything again.

As always, their Tech was on time, very professional and considerate. This company installed the current furnace I have now about 3 years ago, and I've had their service plan ever since. It was fairly reasonable in price until the price increased for the upcoming year. Last year I paid $180.00 for 2 services a year, (spring and fall.) Much to my surprise the renewal for the same plan jumped to $240.00. That represents approximately and 33% jump. I know inflation has been high but not 33% high. I'm disappointed because I have been satisfied with their service in the past, but I can't help but feel they're being a bit greedy here. I will be using another company in the future.

I went through two other companies before calling Dynamic Heating and Cooling for our A/C not turning on. It was the middle of summer and I was fed up dealing with our insurance company to fix the A/C. I messaged the company and got a quick response to have someone come out the very next day. Josh showed up to our house right on time and was able to diagnose the issue, even after digging through the rats nest of wires left by another company. Josh got our A/C working and was able to order the necessary replacement parts, which he installed at a later appointment. Everyone at Dynamic was kind and professional, they really provided excellent service.
